The software
Aspicio's source code is licensed under the MIT License. The license, not these terms, governs your use of the code and the published packages.
The hosted services
The demo site, HTTP API, and remote MCP endpoint are free to use and provided as-is. There is no uptime commitment. Request-size and rate limits apply and may change, and the services themselves may change or be discontinued.
Acceptable use
Don't process unlawful content through the hosted services, and don't probe or overload the infrastructure or work around the documented limits. Automated use within the rate limits is welcome; that's what the services are for.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the hosted services are provided without warranties of any kind, and FrontSail AI is not liable for damages arising from their use. Rendered output and extracted facts are conveniences: verify anything that matters against the source drawing.
